I mentioned yesterday that I'd be starting a new workout program. Well, even though I haven't officially started, I decided to try the Yoga DVD simply becuase I wanted to ease into things, and it looked like the most complicated workout (at 90 minutes, it's by far the longest). So I'm doing these tough, tough poses, and in one, I'm supposed to bend over my bent leg, reach one arm behind my back and reach the other under my leg and clasp hands. As I'm reaching, sliding my fingers around to try to find the other hand, I feel this blazing pain in my shoulder and decide I'll try that one another day I was able to make a decent attempt at most of the poses. Five or six of them I didn't even come close.
